With servo feed (500, 600 and 700)mm/min, pulse-of time (10,30,50) μsec, pulse on-time (20,25,30) μsec.The characteristics of cutting variables were determined by implementing Taguchi experimental design method. The importance level of the cutting variables for metal removal rate and surface roughnessis determined by implementing the analysis of variance (ANOVA).
