Nickel and Copper powders were tacked then their powders mixed and blended together and classified to four parts, Sodium Chloride powder added (as a space holder) to three parts and the last remain as it is then these powders mixed and then compacted in hydrostatic pressure at 7ton, then this compact samples were sintered in furnace under argon gas at 950°C for one hour, latest these samples are grinded and polished to examine the microstructure, density, porosity, microhardness, X-ray diffraction and corrosion resistance.
