Abstract
Abstract The increasing demand on the internet leads to the spread of internet cafes . As internet cafes become large and consist of many computers that it is difficult for the manager of the café to keep track of which computer is busy and which is free so the a user can use it . Also there is a problem of security that an intruder can enter the café use a free computer and get out without the manager notice . One more important thing is accounting , the manager must keep track of the starting time and ending time of each user so the user can be billed according to minute cost known to the user and the manager .
