• For authors residing in Iraq, Article Processing Charges (APC) should be paid with a total amount of (110000 IQD). This amount should be paid in two payments. The first amount (22000 IQD) is paid after the first check of the article submission. The second amount (88000 IQD) is paid when the article is preliminary accepted (scientific acceptance). All payments must be paid at the Engineering and Technology Journal office.
• For authors from all other countries, a waiver of 100% on Article Processing Charges (APC) is applied. Therefore, APCs are not required.
